YV360 isn’t just another job. Sure, you’ll work alongside other experienced and new staff in our Residential or Intensive In-home Services programs for full-time salary and benefits. But it’s really about challenging yourself. Making a change in the lives of children and families. Ultimately, it’s about helping Youth Villages change the face of the child welfare system in this country.

YV360 was created to give you the ultimate Youth Villages employment experience, while bridging the gap between college and career. The program is designed with four development components: Professional, Personal, Clinical, and Leadership. It’s specifically designed to help you learn your new position while maximizing your long-term career potential as a clinician and leader.

• Locations include Jackson, MS/Knoxville, TN/Memphis, TN
• Positions include Residential Teacher Counselor and In-Home Family Counselor
• One-year commitment

Successful YV360 applicants:
• Are recent college graduates (usually a BA or MA in the social services field)
• Have a significant amount of leadership experience (on-campus or community involvement, athletics, work positions)
• Have a significant amount of relevant experience (internships, practicums, field placements, mentoring, volunteering)
• Have worked with relevant populations (inner-city or at-risk youth, mentally or behaviorally challenged children)
