Currently, we have a following clinical position available at one of our Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Program (New Choices):

Position: PROGRAM SUPERVISOR (LCADC)

Job Location: Trenton, NJ (zip code: 08608)

Status: Full-Time Position

Schedule: Mon - Thurs, 10am to 7:30pm

Responsibilities: 'New Choices' is an afternoon/early evening intensive outpatient program for substance abusing adolescents, aged 12-17. The program operates 4 days/week (M-Th). Staff is off on Fridays. The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and monitoring an efficient and effective delivery of New Choices intensive outpatient services consistent with best practices and in accordance with agency, funding source and licensing standards and expectations. Supervises staff, monitoring and assessing performance of group and individual counseling and case management functions. Plans, structures, facilitates and maintains group focus on recovery and skill acquisition. Conducts thorough initial assessments utilizing NJSAMS. Maintains a caseload and facilitates groups. Establishes and maintains communication with referral sources and other agencies and treatment providers. Participates in Quality Improvement activities, evaluating program effectiveness and outcomes.

Additional Qualifications:

A Masters Degree in Human Services
LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor) required.
(New Jersey professional license.)
A minimum of two years experience providing substance abuse treatment to adolescents.
One year supervisory experience.
Medical clearance.
