o Design modules suitable for in-person and distance adult learning, prioritizing modules that address knowledge gaps identified by research analyses and program staff reports.
• Foster a culture of professional inquiry focused on instructional practice.
o Build cross-office network of program staff dedicated to improving NFTE teaching practice through Instructional Rounds or a similar model.
o Develop materials to support the instructional network, such as classroom observation and teacher feedback guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives related to teacher development.
o Support the creation of periodic and summative assessments.
o Recommend a structure for teacher incentives.
o Continually adjust teacher support based on research and evaluation results.
